CANCELLATION

Sometimes life gets in the way, and you need to cancel your gym membership. We’re sorry to see you go and hope that you’ll join us again in the future. Please email csbg3@csboxinggym.com to cancel your membership.

Cancellation and Renewal Policy:

Upon the completion of a membership agreement (excluding a “class pass” or a “Intro Trial Offer” the member’s contract will automatically renew for the same contract terms but at the lesser of either a 5% increase or the current advertised market rate and in accordance with all other current contract terms. If MEMBER wishes to cancel their agreement at the end of the contract term, MEMBER may do so by delivering written notice to Church Street Boxing Gym LIC, LLC no less than thirty (30) days prior to the final contract bill date as noted in the contract terms. At the time of renewal, members may also choose a month-to-month contract option at a rate increase of 30% above the current market rate for a 12-month contract. Cancellation of a month-to-month contract must be submitted in writing to Church Street Boxing Gym LIC, LLC no less than five (5) days prior to the desired date of cancellation. If 5-days’ notice is not given for the cancellation of a month-to-month contract, Church Street Boxing Gym LIC, LLC reserves the right to charge the Member the equivalent of the 5-days’ notice. Any promotional offers that may affect any contract’s monthly rate of a contracted member are only valid for the remainder of the contract period in which the rate took effect and all rates will reset or renew as per the “Cancellation and Renewal Policy” section of this agreement. Long-term contracts can only be canceled without penalty if the MEMBER relocates to a new location (30-mile radius from or greater from facility) and participation as a MEMBER is no longer possible. In such case, written notice detailing the circumstances must be delivered to the Business no less than ten (10) business days prior to a scheduled collection. Cancellation of a long-term contract for any reason other than physical relocation (as described above) are not available until after the 3rd contract payment and will incur a financial penalty that includes 2 Months Membership Contract Rate + 25% of the remaining balance amount on the agreement. If a long-term contract is not canceled by the end of the terms, automatic renewal on a month-to-month basis at a 15% increase will be billed until a new contract is signed.
