WHY Muay Thai SELF-DEFENSE?

Muay Thai, or Thai Boxing, uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Often referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs”, it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. Participants also clinch which may lead to trips that throw the opponent off-balance and vulnerable to attack.
